1. Shipping Coverage

We ship to over 19,000+ serviceable pin codes across all states and Union Territories in India through trusted national courier partners (Bluedart, Delhivery, DTDC, XpressBees, and India Post Speed Post).

2. Processing & Dispatch Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours (excluding Sundays and national public holidays).
  • Orders placed on Saturday afternoons or Sundays are dispatched on the following Monday.

3. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

  • Metro Cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata): 2 to 4 business days post-dispatch.
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities (Rest of India): 4 to 7 business days post-dispatch.
  • Remote / Northeast / Island Regions: 7 to 10 business days post-dispatch via Speed Post.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Free standard shipping is provided on all orders across India with no minimum purchase value.

5. Order Tracking & Notifications

As soon as your shipment is handed over to the courier partner, an automated confirmation is sent to your registered mobile number and email address containing:

  • The name of the assigned Courier Partner
  • Tracking / Airway Bill (AWB) Number
  • Direct link for live parcel tracking

6. Damaged or Tampered Parcels

If the outer parcel appears severely damaged, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept the package from the delivery executive and immediately contact us at +91 9981995511 or support@ikiwellness.in.
